What if I don’t consider myself a thought leader?
This program is designed to help you discover and embrace your unique thought leadership. You don’t need to be loud or pushy to lead — in fact, some of our best students self-identify as introverts (including me!). This is NOT the sort of bro-marketer, self-declared thought leadership that is sometimes associated with the term. We’re looking to build true leadership based on the quality of your incredible ideas.

No. This program is focused on the foundational elements of your brand including positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies. If, after you’ve completed Thought Leader Lab, you also want to update your visual brand, we have some great recommendations for people who can help!
I’ve done “ideal customer” exercises and branding exercises before. How is this different?
Positioning and messaging are marketing 101 — but they're dialed up to 11 when you START from your thought leadership. Thought Leader Lab doesn’t spend a ton of time asking you to fill out lengthy “ideal customer” profiles; we assume you know who you like to work with. Instead, we ask you to revisit those ideas starting from the premise of your thought leadership. It flips the entire enterprise on its head and really creates a ton of new clarity.
